Artists Statement

"My passion for creating art is inspired by the rugged majesty found in America's forest and wildlife. As an artist and outdoorsman, sculpture provides a medium to share my experiences with others. Working with steel allows me to emulate natures endearing strength in each individual sculpture. Through the fabrication process I permanently capture form and movement. Each piece is painted from a bold color palette to heighten one's visual awareness and stimulate the imagination. I aspire to convey elements of modern art and rustic decor in each sculpture. I fabricate and create from my studio/home in Grandville, MI."
